Vienna House Beach Residences by Wyndham — Beachfront Tower Visualization, Al Marjan Island RAK
Al Marjan Island has become one of the most closely watched coastlines in the UAE. With the Wynn resort rising nearby and international hospitality brands arriving one after another, Ras Al Khaimah’s man-made archipelago is now where branded residences compete hardest for buyers. Vienna House Beach Residences, developed by Sugee Group under Wyndham’s Vienna House brand, enters that market with a clear proposition: upscale, hotel-branded beach living at a more accessible level than the island’s ultra-luxury launches. Render Atelier was commissioned to create the exterior and amenity visualization for the launch. The images had to establish the tower’s presence on the shoreline, communicate the brand, and turn the rooftop and terraces into the reason to buy. For a branded residence, 3D architectural rendering does two jobs at once: it sells the apartment, and it proves the brand belongs there.
The cover view looks straight down from above at sunrise. Light rakes across the tower’s curved balcony bands to reveal the full amenity map: a rooftop pool, private plunge pools on the penthouse terraces, and at podium level a padel court, putting green and red running track set within the island’s palm canopy. Two hero views place the tower against the Arabian Gulf. One is in clear daylight, with the beach and pier behind it and the podium waterfall cascading over the “Vienna House Residences by Wyndham” entrance. The other is at golden hour, with the full white facade glowing and sailboats on the horizon. A close aerial focuses on the crown: a glass-edged infinity pool, striped beach umbrellas, a pergola lounge and the SUGEE signature. At eye level, the rooftop pool view stretches the water towards the island’s resort skyline, framed by cabanas and loungers in Riviera blue and white. Two sunset compositions bring the lifestyle home: travertine-clad penthouse terraces stepping out over the sea, and a private balcony with a rattan hanging chair, a timber table set for two, and the sun dropping into the Gulf.
