An airport lounge sits between movement and pause. The visualization has to make a busy travel environment feel calm before the space exists. Render Atelier created 3D interior visualizations for Qatar Airways lounges at the international airport in Doha, Qatar. The imagery focused on the relationship between daylight, soft artificial lighting, material texture, contemporary furniture, circulation, and the practical needs of travellers.

What We Built

Render Atelier produced a set of interior renderings that presented the lounges as spaces for waiting, working, resting, and moving between journeys. The brief required the interiors to feel refined without losing the functionality expected from a high-traffic airport environment.

Lighting formed one of the most important parts of the visual work. Natural daylight had to enter the spaces convincingly, while softer artificial lighting supported a calmer atmosphere across seating, circulation, and relaxation areas. The two sources needed to work together without making the lounge appear flat, overly bright, or visually disconnected. Material quality was closely tied to that lighting. Surfaces, fabrics, finishes, furniture, and architectural details had to respond naturally so their texture and depth remained visible. Reflections, highlights, shadows, and contrast were balanced to communicate a premium interior without relying on exaggerated gloss or decoration.

The furniture also needed to show more than appearance. Seating arrangements, proportions, spacing, and ergonomics helped explain how travellers could use the lounge for different purposes. Some areas needed to feel social and open, while others required greater privacy and quiet. The visual sequence also helped explain transitions between active circulation areas and quieter seating zones, giving the complete presentation a clearer sense of rhythm and spatial progression for travellers.

The final imagery gave Qatar Airways a clear visual presentation of how the lounges could feel in use. Rather than showing isolated design details, the renderings connected lighting, materials, furniture, circulation, and comfort into a complete traveller experience.

3D Interior Visualizations

The interior visualizations focused on lounge layouts, seating zones, circulation, finishes, furniture, and the relationship between different areas. Each view was composed to show how the spaces could support both practical airport use and a refined passenger experience.

Daylight and artificial lighting were developed together to reveal texture, depth, and atmosphere across the lounge interiors. Materials, fabrics, furniture, and architectural surfaces had to respond convincingly under different lighting conditions.

Hospitality & Airport Lounge CGI

The hospitality CGI presented the lounges around the needs of travellers. Waiting, working, dining, resting, and circulation all had to be reflected in the visual story while maintaining a calm and premium character.
