The Place, Dubai: 3D Exterior & Interior Visualizations
A premium residential tower has to communicate more than its place in the skyline. Buyers also need to see the life offered behind the façade. Render Atelier worked with Prestige One to create 3D exterior and interior visualizations for The Place in Dubai Sports City. The imagery covered the tower architecture, private residences, and shared spaces such as the Club Lounge, presenting the development as one complete residential experience.
What We Built
Render Atelier produced a coordinated set of exterior and interior visualizations for The Place. The brief required the building, apartments, and amenities to feel like parts of the same development rather than separate visual stories.
The exterior imagery focused on the tower’s architectural identity within Dubai Sports City. Its form, façade, balconies, entrance, landscaping, and surrounding context had to establish a clear first impression while showing how the building related to the wider district. Inside the residences, the focus shifted to space, comfort, and material quality. Living areas needed to feel generous without becoming empty, while furniture, lighting, finishes, and daylight were composed to communicate a refined but believable residential atmosphere. The images had to help viewers picture how the apartments could feel in everyday use.
The Club Lounge introduced another layer to the project. Unlike the private interiors, this shared space needed to communicate community, relaxation, and the broader lifestyle offered by the development. Even with a different function, it still had to belong to the same visual language as the residences and exterior architecture.
The final delivery gave Prestige One a connected visual presentation of The Place, covering the tower’s external identity, the private living experience, and the shared spaces that completed the development’s lifestyle offer.

Materials, furniture, lighting, styling, and spatial composition were used to distinguish the calm of the apartments from the more social character of the Club Lounge. Maintaining a consistent design language across both settings helped the complete image set feel connected.
