Before the BEEAH Headquarters could be visualized, its flowing dune-like architecture had to be rebuilt precisely in three dimensions. Render Atelier worked with Finasi to create the complete 3D model, exterior architectural renderings, and interior visualizations for BEEAH Headquarters in Sharjah, UAE. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the building is defined by intersecting organic volumes inspired by the surrounding desert landscape.

What We Built

Render Atelier reconstructed the entire headquarters as a detailed 3D model before developing the final imagery. The project required careful control of curved surfaces, intersecting forms, openings, transitions, and structural junctions. With architecture of this complexity, even a small modelling error can affect reflections, shadows, material continuity, and the way the building reads from different viewpoints.

The exterior visualizations focused on the relationship between the headquarters and its desert setting. The dune-like volumes, glazing, landscape, and material response all needed to work together so the architecture felt rooted in the site rather than placed on it. Camera positions were selected to show the building’s form clearly while also communicating its scale and movement. The interior visualizations carried the same architectural language inside. Public, management, administrative, and employee areas had to feel connected to the building’s flowing geometry. The central courtyard was especially important because it links the two main volumes and supports the wider spatial experience through daylight, openness, and circulation.

The completed 3D model became the shared foundation for every exterior and interior image. This allowed Render Atelier to maintain continuity in geometry, materials, lighting, and spatial relationships across the full visual set.

Complex 3D Architectural Modelling

Render Atelier recreated the complete headquarters in three dimensions, including its curved surfaces, intersecting volumes, openings, and internal transitions. The modelling stage required close attention to the building’s organic geometry so the form remained accurate across both distant exterior views and detailed interior scenes.

3D Exterior Visualizations

The exterior renderings presented the headquarters within its Sharjah setting. The dune-inspired form, façade, glazing, landscape, and desert context were developed as parts of the same visual environment. Each view was composed to show how the architecture responded to the site while preserving the clarity of its complex geometry.

3D Interior Visualizations

The interior renderings focused on the spaces within the two principal volumes and the central courtyard connecting them. Daylight, materials, circulation, and curved architectural elements had to remain consistent with the exterior design language. The final imagery showed how the building’s organic form continued through its internal spaces rather than ending at the façade.
