Before buyers can experience a residential tower in person, its exterior imagery has to establish the architecture, setting, and identity of the development in a single frame. Render Atelier worked with Ellington Properties to create photoreal exterior visualizations for Altiera Heights in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai. The imagery focused on the tower’s architectural form, façade detailing, material response, lighting, and relationship with the surrounding urban and landscaped context.
What We Built
Render Atelier produced a series of exterior architectural renderings for Altiera Heights, developed to support the project’s real estate marketing presentation. The brief required the tower to feel distinctive without disconnecting it from the setting around it.
The architectural form was central to the visual work. The tower’s silhouette, vertical proportions, balconies, glazing, façade rhythm, and entrances all had to remain clear from different camera heights and distances. Each image needed to communicate both the overall presence of the building and the smaller details shaping its residential character. Light and material response were equally important. Shadows, reflections, glazing, colour, and surface texture had to reveal the architecture rather than overpower it. The visual treatment needed to feel polished and aspirational while still remaining grounded in the design information provided.
The surrounding context helped explain the scale and location of the development. Landscape, nearby buildings, skyline elements, atmosphere, and camera perspective were developed so Altiera Heights felt placed within Jumeirah Islands rather than shown against a generic Dubai background.
The final image set gave Ellington Properties an exterior presentation of the project across building-scale and contextual views. The renderings connected architectural form, material detail, lighting, and site context into one consistent marketing story.
