Ellington Everly Place — Crystal Lagoon Exterior Visualization, Meydan Horizon Dubai
In MBR City, the crystal lagoon is the address. Everly Place, Ellington Properties’ collection of 209 design-led residences at Meydan Horizon, sits directly on the lagoon’s edge, minutes from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek Harbour and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The building is composed as two interlocking residential wings in warm stone and bronze, with deep planted balconies and floor-to-ceiling glazing, all turned to face the water. Ellington commissioned Render Atelier for the exterior architectural visualization, a set of launch images that had to show a design-led developer’s building and, just as importantly, the lagoon lifestyle it was designed around. In a district crowded with off-plan launches, exterior 3D rendering is how one building earns the buyer’s second look.
The cover image is taken from height at golden hour. The sun sets along the lagoon canal, palm-lined beaches and cabanas trace the shoreline, and the facade’s stacked terraces and podium gardens glow in the warm light. The dusk hero view drops to water level. The building is lit from within, the illuminated Ellington podium signage and the lit balcony edges are mirrored in the still lagoon, and the Downtown skyline sits faintly on the horizon. A daytime lagoon view shows the full V-shaped massing in clear light, with roof gardens, a planted podium and bronze vertical fins that give the base its rhythm. The aerial pool view reveals the amenity deck: an infinity-edge pool lined with palms and sun loungers, set against the lagoon’s white-sand beach and turquoise water. The road view completes the set with the street-corner arrival, the retail podium and the double-height glazed entrance that announce the building to the neighbourhood.
For a lagoon-front launch, the water has to sell as much as the architecture, and every frame in this set is composed so the lagoon is part of the decision.
