In 2013 the UAE’s Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid al Maktoum, unveiled his vision to create a purpose-built community dedicated to promoting and nurturing emerging local talents and providing a creative home to established international design, luxury and fashion brands.
